Students, Parents, Guardians, and anyone else who happens upon my site... WELCOME!!! As we set forth on a new school
year I want to share with you how extremely excited I am about this school
year! Students, I have no doubt that this school year will be the
most rewarding and memorable school year ever!
This year I have the pleasure of teaching Integrated Science. This exciting new course will be taught to all eighth graders at BMS. The course will be taught to the 8th grade Falcons during the first semester and the 8th grade Giants the second semester. During the semester we will be covering 7 of the Kentucky Core Content Standards. Those standards can be found at the bottom of every page . Parents please feel free to visit this site often, as it is a wonderful way to keep informed what we do in class on a daily basis. Also please encourage your students to make use of the site as well. Just a couple of the useful tools you will find throughout the site are a calendar detailing what we do each day in class (calendar includes homework assignments), copies of notes or handouts given in class, a section with useful review tools, and much more! Another way to stay current with what's going on in my class is to join my email mailing list. If you join this list you will be notified about upcoming projects, quizzes, test, and any other important class news. If you are interested in being apart of this mailing list please click HERE! This is going to be an ever changing thing. The overall look and feel should remain fairly constant, but I will be adding new touches on a daily basis so please check back often.
