There once was a fat turkey,
Whose name was dumb ole' Lurkey.
He ate the birds,
That come in herds,
Then a hunter jacked him like jerkey!

The night when monsters come out
To scare little children about
marching slow,
hear the wind blow,
Then three little girls start to shout.

The night when ghouls fly
You'll see them pass you by
shrieking and howling,
bawling and prowling,
When you see them in the sky.

The night when witches chant
I'd like to run but I can't
shriek and cackle,
I hide in a shackle,
Their creeping closer then I start to pant.

She complained to her father
