Making Folders Visible in Your Dropbox
If you want students
to be able to see folders in your Dropbox:
Navigate to your
Dropbox. Open it.

If you have not
created folders here, you may do so now by choosing File, new folder and then
creating and naming the folders.
Now,
right-click on a folder. You will see a drop-down menu. Choose “Trustee Rights”.

At the bottom of the
NetWare Services window, scroll down to your school. In this example, DCHS is chosen.

Click Add and you
will see the following.

Remove the checks from R and F. (Read and File Scan).
CHECK the C (Create).

Repeat these steps for all of the folders in
your dropbox.
Students will be able to see only
the folders at the top level.
The teacher, however, will be able to
create as many folders as desired. After
students drop assignments into the topmost folder, the teacher can organize the
assignments however they wish. One
suggestion is to put all of the students assignments in a subfolder and then
drag the folder to their laptop desktop so that they may grade these
assignments when the network is not available (at home, for instance).
