Susan Smith works with staff developers to create training materials that can be applied to the curriculum
Staff developers team teach with teachers so that teachers and students learn at the same time or have training during teacher’s planning periods, and faculty meetings
In-class training- meld the tech with the curriculum --All training will be related to curriculum currently being taught
